Hi everyone and welcome to my new course The BB King Box & Beyond.

In this course we are going to explore the unique box played by BB King which was commonly know as the BB Box.

Playing the Blues is one of the most expressive forms or music know to guitarist, it's about feel, emotion, and passion. BB King was the master and inspired some many past and present artist, like Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Gary Moore, & John Mayer.

By learning and understanding the BB Box your will be able to expand your Blues soloing repertoire.

The beauty of the BB Box is having the ability to play both minor & Major pentatonic scales seamlessly as it contains element of both scales.

In this course I am going to show you where is BB Box is located and more importantly how do we use it when soloing.

By using a backing track I created I will play a solo in the style of BB King and then we will break it down note by note for you to learn and play along with the backing track.

You will find 2 backing tracks in the course, one is standard tempo at 120 bpm the second is at a much slower tempo allowing you to practice at a more manageable speed while you get familiar with the licks.

As per usual all the video come with on screen tablature so you can follow what I am doing as we work through the sections.

You also find a eBook that has all the information and diagrams that are discussed in the lesson.
