What will students learn in your course?

Students will be able to know every note on the saxophone and

recognise them in the treble clef played by the saxophone.

They will also improvise on major, minor, pentatonic and blues scales,

while getting a good idea on how to get a great sound on the sax.

The most satiating part is being able to play with other people in an ensemble or band

What are the requirements or prerequisites for taking your course?

No musical experience needed, a working alto sax, reeds and a neck sling

Intermediate students wishing to play some great jazzy tunes, with professionally recorded backing tracks.
